Protect yourself from a cut that could keep you off the water thanks to our innovative Bodyguard t-shirts!
Discover the new GONG Bodyguard t-shirts in short sleeves, or long sleeves with a hood, specially designed to give you enhanced protection against cuts during your foil sessions.
Developed using high-end technologies inherited from the world of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Bodyguard t-shirts are a light and reassuring innovation that can be worn next to the body, also protecting you from the sun, or over your wetsuit.

Limiting the risks
We have always prioritized safety in our foils with non-sharp trailing edges, rounded or squared tips, and clear instructions. But at high speed or high intensity in a collision, or with a competition foil, cutting is inevitable.
Made from HPPE (High-Performance Polyethylene) fibers, the Bodyguard T-shirt offers level 5 cut resistance, the highest according to tests of the European standard EN 388. Applied to our sports, this advanced technology ensures you additional protection against cuts related to foils and fins.

Lightness and comfort
Designed for optimal freedom of movement, it is surprisingly lightweight and flexible. Its loose fit adapts to your body shape, whether you wear it over a wetsuit or directly on the skin. So, it has the double benefit of protecting both you and your wetsuit.
Available in five sizes, it is cut generously to fit over your wetsuit. If you prefer a more snug fit, choose a size down.
GONG once again asserts itself as a leader in innovation for water sports.

hi all

i have experienced foil contact on my left hip

additional protection is a good idea
question :
do you intend to produce a short pant too ?
After helmets, impact vests, and these cut-resistant T-shirts, we will continue to innovate and offer new products to keep riders safe. Stay tuned !
A suivre donc.
